Key to my Heart LO

**I  am on a ProvoCraft/Cricut Boycott! They won’t get another dime from me!  Got a Cricut? Well use it! Don’t have one yet? Consider a different  machine!! Click here for more details about my boycott and how I got here!! You can join the boycott too!**

This LO was very simple to make, but I really like how it turned out. This is another LO I made using the Vintage Plum Feb. Kit.

Today, the March kit comes out and I can’t wait to order it!! I am so excited. Vintage Plum has been giving sneak peeks of the kit and it looks gorgeous.

The items used are from the Vintage Plum kit except the Ribbon for the ribbon flowers, heart punches, and circle punch (in the center of the flower). I made the red alphas with the SU Storybook cartridge.
I love the background paper I used. I used both sides of this double sided patterned paper. The other side of this LO is the black key paper I used for the Family is Key LO I posted earlier.

For the journaling, I used a SU Chocolate Chip marker.

I love the chipboard bird!

This ribbon is from SU! It is a combo of Pink Pirouette and Kiwi Kiss. I am really going to miss these colors!

  1. Great layout. The colors are so pretty and the ribbon flower is fantastic. I will have to try one on something. I like the lettering you used to. Did you use your cricut? you might have said but I’ll have to go and reread to see where they came from.

  2. I love more simple layouts for some reason. I think they just accent the pictures rather than draw away from them. Anyway, this is lovely! I agree…I will miss the pink and green too!
