Once again, we are changing things up a bit this week. I start back to college this week (I am a senior majoring in Biochemistry and Psychology with a pre-med concentration) and so the order of things is going to be different starting this week.
First, I will be posting the Color Combo. I will have this pre-scheduled to post early on Monday mornings. I want to give everyone time to play along each week, so I won’t be posting the Winner’s Circle until Monday afternoons (probably around 3 or 4PM EST) so you will have Monday morning to get those last minute entries in. :O)
This week, my color combo is very fun and striking. I really didn’t know what to expect from the design team with this combo, but they definitely impressed me. I am sure you will like what they have to share this week! I hope you will give this color combo a try!
To find out the details of our SP Diva’s projects, click on their names in Mr. Linky. Their names will have SP Diva beside them so you know they are a diva!!
Use this color combo for your project -be it a card, scrapbook LO, 3D or altered item. You do NOT have to use Stampin’ UP brand colors, but you do have to use colors close to these colors.
Entries are due on Sunday, August 23rd. Next Monday (in the afternoon), I will showcase the winner and the SP Top Five. The winners for last week will be posted later today.
Our amazing sponsor this week is. . . . iCopic.com!!!!
iCopic.com as the name suggests is a Copic retailer! They sell all the Copic varieties and accessories for your coloring needs! iCopic.com has awesome prices, great customer service, and an awesome selection. If you need Copic markers, iCopic.com is the place to go.
Kevin and Ashley over at iCopic.com have generously donated prizes for the a whole month and this is their second prize so we’ve got TWO MORE WEEKS of Copics to give away to the winners. Not only that, they donated Copics for our lovely SP Divas and myself as well!!! Unbelievable, right??? Thank you so much, Kevin and Ashley!! If you need Copics, please visit Kevin and Ashley over at iCopic.com . They will not disappoint!
iCopic has donated this lovely prize for one lucky winner this week:
The winner this week will receive:
- Copic Ciao – Set of 8 Craft Pastel Marker Kit + 1 Multiliner Pen -This set retails for nearly $40 and one lucky winner is going to be the proud owner of this amazing set!!
iCopic was generous enough to send a pack of Copic Ciao’s (different colors than these) for me to have and let me tell you, these markers are FAB-U-LOUS!! They color so perfectly, I am really impressed with them!! My project this week uses some of my Copic Ciao markers. You NEED to try out some of these markers for yourself.
Here are the projects the divas came up with. Some of the divas used Copics on their creations this week!
Sabriena’s card features the new Stampin’ UP Circle Circus stamp set. This is a great stamp set!
Sandra’s card features the Stampin’ UP Choo Choo stamp set and coordinating Right on Track wheel.
For my card, I used Copic Ciao markers to color the Build A Bear. I also used a Copic Spica glitter pen to outline each of the leaves on the tree. The Build a Bear image is a sneak peek from a Stampin’ UP set coming out in September. All month long I am posting Sneak Peeks from the upcoming SU Holiday Mini on my personal blog Scrapmaster’s Paradise.
