I made two extremely simple cards that you could crank out a bunch of in a short amount of time if you wanted to make tons of Christmas cards. Sometimes cards don’t have to be elaborate to be beautiful and I think peolpe lose sight of that so I thought I would tone it down a bit today and offer two simple and elegant styles.
This first card features a snowflake from the Stampin’ UP Serene Snowflakes stamp set and a greeting from the Stampin’ UP Snow Swirled stamp set. I used Classic inks and just stamped directly onto the Very Vanilla cardstock with the help of my Stamp-a-ma-jig.
For this card, I used the tree and sentiment from the Stampin’ UP Snow Swirled stamp set again stamping with Classic Inks directly on the Very Vanilla cardstock. This time I added a strip of 1/4inch wide Old Olive grosgrain ribbon as a decorative border.
