I hear wedding bells!

Hey everyone!!

Today, I have a very special card to share with you… A WEDDING invite prototype. . . FOR MY WEDDING!!! We have been doing some wedding talk and have to iron out some of the details but that isn’t stopping me from working on some invites!  This is just one of the probably many samples I am going to be sharing with you over the next few months.

What do ya think?

I used the Blissful Bride stamp set for the gorgeous dress, sentiment, and scallop.  The elegant flourishes are from the Baroque Motifs stamp set. This is my all time favorite color combo and I am so glad that all these colors are sticking around: Pretty in Pink, Melon Mambo, and Certainly Celery  <

I colored the dress and the accents on the dress with my Copics!

Tomorrow and Friday, I am going to be sharing birthday cards because Friday is my birthday!!  Make sure you check back on my birthday, June 11th because I am going to have a surprise FOR YOU!! :O)

  1. Congratulations!!!! Woo hoo what happy news!!! The invite is so elegant and simply beautiful!
I’d wish you an awesome day but I think you are already. 🙂

  2. Gorgeous! I LOVE this image and your colors! The only thing I’m not sure about is the fringed layer- I think it kinda competes with the ribbon which is such a great contrast on the card! Congrats and happy early birthday!! Can’t wait to see more!

  3. Love that dress set Samantha! I think it’s awesome that you are making your own invitations – can’t wait to see the other samples you come up with! Congrats!!

  4. This is so pretty! How exciting! I look forward to seeing and hearing the details as you plan! And a Happy Birthday to you on Friday!? That explains why I like you so much, you’re a Gemini too! My birhday is next Thursday, and I bought a gypsy on ebay last night for my gift! I can’t wait to get it!

  5. That is very beautiful!! I would suggest some bling in there…just because you are a gem!!!

I can’t wait to see the other samples.
