Whoa, today has been a crazy and hectic day!! My mom had surgery on her hand (she had a giant cell tumor on her middle finger, it is non-cancerous, but very annoying!) and she came home and the surgery went just fine.
I was rushing and rushing all day and somewhere in the middle of everything, my Blackberry ended up being left at the house. . .
Well then Johnny found it on the floor on the dog bed looking like this. . .
and missing a button. . .
The phone still works, but my poor letter P does NOT work (well, unless I poke it with a pen or something, and then it only works some of the time). . .
My poor little purpleberry! I have been pouting all day about it. I am one of those people that likes things to stay looking new and nice and it just hurts my heart for my phone to be all mangled and ugly like that.
Thanks for letting me mourn my purpleberry for a moment!
So, today, I did something completely new and fun with the SP and Company Cutest Gingerbread Man Stamp set.
I made a little window for the gingerbread man!!!
To color the gingerbread man, I used my Copics E31 and E35. The cheeks and icing strips were made with an At You Spica glitter pen called Blossom. I love sparkle!!
To make a similar window:
- Stamp your image in the position you want on the front of your card base.
- Then trim carefully around the image using an Xacto knife.
Your Stampin’ With Sami Shopping List contains all of the lovely SP and Company items I used on today’s project. These items are available from my online store,SP and Company anytime 24/7.
