Hope ya didn’t miss me too much yesterday, LOL! My fiance and I had a lovely lunch, the day was going so wonderfully. Then we were on the way to go get his car maintenanced and I got SICK SICK SICK. It was a bad migraine almost as bad as they used to be for me. Thankfully I have medicine and before the meds kicked in (they knock me out pretty fast) I sent a quick email to my dear friend Stephanie asking her to let y’all know that Day 8 would be delayed. Stephanie is the best!
Thank you all for the well wishes, I got quite a few emails and posts on my FB and it was really sweet of you guys.
I am feeling much better today and if all goes well the rest of the day, you all will get TWO Christmas cards for the SP 50 Days of Christmas! I still need to photograph my second card, but pretty soon, I will be heading out to meet my fiance’s parents for a lovely dinner. The don’t live locally so this will be a special treat to get to spend the evening with them.
Anyways, let’s continue with Day 8’s project (delayed by a day).
Remember my card from Wednesday? Where I cut out the window? If not, go here: 50 Days of Christmas: Day 7. Well I used the window cut out piece on today’s card!!
The sentiment and the cute little gingerbread are from the SP and Company Cutest Gingerbread Man Stamp set. This set is so darn cute, I think everyone should have it in their stamping collection and you can order it right from the SP and Company Store or the iCopic Store!
FYI: SP and Company stamps AND packaging are made in the USA!!! (And of course they are designed in the USA because I designed them, tee hee hee!)
This card is CUTE CUTE CUTE!! AND it would be easy to replicate for a bunch of cards.
I just love the background paper and the paper I used for the little banner. It is from Echo Park Paper Company! Both patterned papers are available in the SP and Company store: Everybody Loves Christmas Collection Ornaments Patterned Paper (used for the banner) and Everybody Loves Christmas Collection Trim the Tree Patterned Paper (used for the background). Echo Park just goes so wonderfully with my little gingerbread set.
Your Stampin’ With Sami Shopping List contains all of the lovely SP and Company items I used on today’s project. These items are available from my online store,SP and Company anytime 24/7.
