Kickin’ Off Christmas Blog Hop

Hi everyone!! I hope you have enjoyed the Kickin’ Off Christmas blog hop! If you are a blog hopper, you should be arriving here from Lori’s Amazing Blog. If you have not yet hopped, make sure to head back to the beginning at Amy’s blog by clicking here!

If you are new to SP, then welcome!! I hope you will look around while you are here because I am very passionate about all things paper crafting. I am the owner of SP and Company stamps and I make all of the stamp designs myself. I post projects on this blog daily so there is always lots going on here at SP. I hope you will sign up to be a follower and become one of my lovely regular readers.

So I might be the last spot on the blog hop, BUT I still have lots of great stuff for you 🙂

I have a project, giveaway, sale, and a challenge for you, all wrapped up into this one post!!

Make sure to stop by the SP and Company store ASAP because I am offering a sale you are not going to want to miss!! SP and Company stamps are on sale along with American Crafts Thickers, Echo Park Papers, and Basic Grey papers!!

PROJECT:
For my blog hop project. I made a little goody bag for Christmas cookies, since giving out Christmas cookies is one of my favorite parts of Christmas. These little gingerbread men cookies go so perfectly with the SP and Company Cutest Gingerbread Man Stamp set.  The little tag was made using the Cricut Gingerbread cartridge.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

The little gingerbread man and sentiment are both from the Cutest Gingerbread Man Stamp set. I stamped the gingerbread man and then used my Copics from the iCopic store to color him in. The brown part was colored with the Copic airbrush system!! So fun and easy!!

The little gingerbread house did not have a layer shape so I just cut the same base layer two times. For the pink cardstock base layer, I cut at 4.5inches and then for the patterned paper base layer, I cut at 4inches. Then the pink icing layer was cut at 4inches (with the Real Size Dial button OFF) so that it fit perfectly inside the patterned paper layer.

The striped patterned paper is from Echo Park it is: Everybody Loves Christmas Collection Candy Cane Patterned Paper.

The cookies were placed into a cello bag and tied with a pretty bow using saddle stitch ribbon from PaperTrey Ink.

This is a very simple, easy gift to give away at Christmas parties and I am sure they would be a great hit with the kiddies.
