I hope that you have had a lovely day. My day has been long, but has ended with lots of time to scrap so I am in a good mood. Scrapping is better than therapy, I tell ya!
Here is a card I got finished to share with you tonight.
This cute little elf went so perfectly with some Echo Park paper and SP & Company stamps! More details are below.
Notice that you can see a lot of the white and black layers behind many of the cuts. I used the Aqua Cricut Expression to cut this one out. I returned the machine after cutting out a few other wonky cuts.
So the card base was made using the Cricut Christmas Cards seasonal cartridge. I cut the card at 5inches, which made the card about a 5 inch square card.
The background paper is from Echo Park Paper Co. This is a paper is Wintertime Collection Snow Patterned Paper.
The little snow mounds were made with the SP and Company Falling Snow Stamp set. I stamped the snow mounds onto the Stampin’ UP Marina Mist cardstock and then trimmed around the top of the snow mounds using my Xacto knife from Elmer’s Crafters.
The sentiment is from the SP and Company Christmas Emma Stamp set.
The elf was made using the Cricut Lite cartridge called Jolly Holidays. I accented the elf with a black Copic Multiliner from iCopic.com(for the eyes) and a Signo White Gel Pen. Then I added cute little adhesive pearls from Stampin’ UP.
