50 Days of Christmas: Day 37: Chilly Snowman Card

Hi everyone!!

Whew, it has been an exciting day of yard work and babysitting.  Hopefully tomorrow won’t be as labor intense, LOL. Yard work stinks!

Anyway, I have been playing with my Copic airbrush system from iCopic. Today’s card uses airbrushing with the SP and Company Falling Snow Stamp set. The snowman and the sentiment were both from this stamp set.

This card was also designed with the iCopic Color Challenge in mind. This is challenge #9, and it has an absolutely fabulous prize to go with it. Make sure to enter for a chance to win.

Have a look!

So first, let’s talk about the Copic work.
I used the following Copic colors: B00, B02, B47, B97, YR16, and C7. The edges of the white cardstock were airbrushed using the B00 and the B02 colors.

The patterned paper is from Echo Parks Wintertime collection. This is actually the same paper, just using different sides of the sheet. It is called Wintertime Collection Flurry Patterned Paper.

Using the Cricut Elegant Cakes cartridge, I cut both of the decorative shapes. This is one of the shadow feature shapes for one of the gorgeous elegant designs on this cartridge.

All of the cute little pearls are adhesive backed pearls from Stampin’ UP. I also used the Stampin’ UP Scallop Border punch on the design under the sentiment.
