Day 6: 10-Minute Card

Hi everyone!

REMINDER: You can leave a comment on each post this week for even more chances to win the lovely giveaway prize, complete details are here.

Once a week or so, I am going to have a 10-minute Card segment here at Imagination Land. I want to feature a quick and easy project that can be made in 5 minutes or less. Today’s project was made in less than 10 minutes, even with all the cutting and layering.

Again today, I used the Cricut Best of Pixar cartridge. I thought Nemo would make a great birthday card so I whipped up this card pretty quickly.

The sentiment was stamped from the SP and Company Mix n Match Sentiments: Basics stamp set.

Nemo was cut at 3.5inches out of the following Stampin’ UP Colors: Peach Parfait, Whisper White, Pretty in Pink, and Basic Black. I used Stampin’ Dimensionals (pop dots) to attach Nemo to the card.

The card base is Peach Parfait.

The patterned paper is from the Echo Park Summertime collection.

  1. This is so adorable!! I have to admit that for awhile I was sooooo tired of Nemo (my youngest was obessed & all he would say is Memo, Memo, Memo”, he couldn’t say Nemo)….. but I’ve come to love him again!!!

Thank you so much for sharing!!!

  2. very cute – glad to hear Nemo wasn’t too hard to make – lots of the Disney cartridges seems SOOOOO complicated. Love your projects this week – looking forward to seeing them all year : )

  3. Super cute card, I love Nemo. I would love to see a section of quicky cards. I always try to add to much and spend to much time on cards and they seem to turn out junky. lol I need simple solutions!!
