Hello everyone and welcome to Day 2 of the Meet the DT Blog Hop. Did you enjoy Day 1? If you missed Day 1, click here to go on yesterday’s hop! You can still enter to win all the prizes from yesterday.
The blog hop rules are simple, just “hop” on down the list of blogs listed each day and check out what each designer has to share with you. Make sure you are a follower here at SP and leave a comment ON EVERY BLOG POST in the hop because there are secret hidden prizes along the way! Some designers have offered their own prizes PLUS I will be selecting random comments from all the blogs and having special prizes from each day. International readers are eligible to win too, I will ship anywhere.
This month, SP and Company will be starting to offer photopolymer single stamps and one lucky participant in today’s hop will win one of them!!
My project for today is the card I will be giving to my mom for Mother’s Day! The sentiment and heart are both from the Round Sentiments I stamp set, which will be available for purchase on May 10th. This stamp set is so versatile and the sentiments cover a number of greeting card occasions.
SP and Company also offers a gorgeous Mother’s Day inspired stamp set called For Every Woman. This set will be available for purchase again very soon (I sold out of them last week).
- All of the stamped images are from the Round Sentiments I stamp set. I accented one of the Love sentiments with adhesive rhinestones. I also colored in the heart with an AtYouSpica glitter pen from iCopic.com. This color is called Buttermilk.
- To finish off the card, I added some Real Red satin ribbon from Stampin’ UP.
That is all I have to share today, your second stop on the hop is Ivette‘s lovely blog. Head over to Ivette’s blog to see what she has created!
In case you get lost along the way, here is a list of participants in Day 2. Make sure to leave a comment for everyone so that you have a chance to win the special prizes for today!
