Cobblestone You’re Sweet Card

Hi everyone!! Yesterday, I celebrated my one year wedding anniversary! The hubby and I went out to our favorite restaurant and then just spent the rest of the day together (after he got out from his classes). It is hard to believe it has already been a year of marriage. It seems like the time flew by in a blink of an eye.

While he was at school, you will be happy to know that I made three different video tutorials! I just have to get them all edited for next week 🙂

Today, I have a project I made a few months ago. I actually drew the cute little cobblestone path and colored the whole card using Copics.

Copics used:

Grass:YG11, YG13, YG23, YG25
Dog fur:E43, E44, E47, E49
Cobblestone (Hand drawn): W1, W3, W5, W7
Clothing: RV21, RV23, RV25, RV29, C5, BG45, BG49
Bike: C5, C7, R22, R29
Girl: E00, E23, E25, E29,
Sky (Airbrushed): B000, B01, B02

I also added accents with Spica glitter pens (Pitch Black and Lipstick) and a Signo white gel pen.

This main image is from Unity, in their Brandy & Emma collection. I just fell in love with the image and so I had to have it!

The sentiment is from the Ultimate Sentiments II stamp set by SP and Company. Such a cute little sentiment!!

It’s Vicki’s day over at the SP Stamps Blog, and she is showing a cool new technique so make sure to go see it!

  1. Congratulations on your first anniversary! (It use to be paper when I was married. Not sure what it is now) Sounds like a perfect day for two people in love.
Your card is so cute with the little girl and her best friend by her side. Great colouring.
    Thanks for sharing! )

  2. Great job!!!! I so want to learn to color like you. 🙂 I bought some more copic markers, so at least a have enough to actually blend colors. Happy Anniversary. Time does fly.
