Love You Ian Card

Hi everyone!! Today is my day on the SP Stamps Blog so head over there to see my other project for today. YAY!

Today here on the SP Blog, I wanted to share the project that I sent in with my design team application to The Greeting Farm!  We were told just to send in a new, never-before-seen project so I came up with this. And I am so thankful that I was accepted for their team!!

I decided to make a Valentine’s Day card using the adorable Oh Boy Ian single stamp, from The Greeting Farm. Isn’t he just adorable?!  I picked him up on one of my shopping sprees at the iCopic store. 🙂

I don’t have a list of Copic colors for you this time.

Here is a close-up of my coloring:

The patterned papers I used came from the My Mind’s Eye Breeze & Blush 6×6 Paper Pads (part of the Lost & Found 2 collection). The tealy and beige papers came from the Breeze pad, and the pink paper came from the Blush pad.

The ribbon is an older ribbon from Stampin’ UP & I used some alphas from the Echo Park Life is Good collection.

For a final touch I inked around the edges of the image with the Tim Holtz Ink Applicator and some Pool Party ink from Stampin’ UP. And I added a little scallop border to the little mat around the image.

Now don’t forget to stop by the SP Stamps Blog for my other project for today!!
