Hi everyone! Today is my day over on The Greeting Farm’s Blog, and I have a quick Lucky Bunnies project for you today.
The Lucky Bunnies stamp set is so versatile. These cute little bunnies are just so cute, and I wanted to show you a way to use them that you might not have thought of. So for my card, I created a scene with two of the lucky bunnies. Notice that the bunny on the right is supposed to have a balloon, but I had something different planned for him!
Here’s how I created this scene:
First, I colored two of the bunnies (the one holding a flower and the one holding a balloon) with Copics, and trimmed them out, without the balloon and flower. I also trimmed out the flower. I didn’t leave any white around the image; I cut them out directly on the lines.
Next, I created my “scene” that I had in my head. I envisioned the bunny with the flower handing the flower to the other bunny. The other bunny is reaching for the flower. So I stamped the bunny holding the flower exactly where I wanted him on the scene so that I would have the flower stem again.
Next, I attached the colored bunny and colored flower directly on top of where I stamped.
And this is the scene all finished:
I used foam adhesive to create a dimensional banner. I first had stamped it with two of the shorter sentiments from the Lucky Bunnies stamp set.
Now that you are thinking about using these adorable bunnies without their accessories, what other fun ways can you create scenes with these little darlings? I hope that you will come up with some Lucky Bunny scenes of your own!
