Eastery Umbrella Card

Hi everyone! Happy Monday!!

I had some crafty fun time this weekend so today I am sharing on of the projects I made over the weekend:

This one was pretty easy, with just 3 layers. The umbrella background was actually really easy to make. I used a Papertrey Ink stamp set called Scattered Showers. I just stamped the umbrellas in various colors: Wisteria Wonder, Daffodil Delight, Pretty in Pink, and Pool Party.

Then  I stamped my sentiment on a strip of Daffodil Delight cardstock with the matching ink for a tone on tone effect. The sentiment is one of my faves, and it is from the SP and Company Rain Boots stamp set.

To finish off the card, I rounded the corners of the white cardstock and tied a big bow around the white layer. Then I just assembled all the layers.

In other news, my blog is about to hit 700,000 visitors! It will happen probably this week! EEK! I am really excited!! Thanks so much for stopping by 🙂

Kelli has a super cool color pop technique over on the SP Stamps Blog today so head over there to see!
