Hi everyone! Today, I played along with a couple of challenges and made a cute little 3D gift package. At the end of this post, I have the scoring guide for this thin goodie box I made so you can recreate it.
Here’s the box and the oversized tag:
The Magnolia I chose is Tilda Sending Love, that I got from MarkerPop (the NEW iCopic!).
I used the following Copic colors to color in this little image:
- For the skin: E000, E01, E02
- For the flower: R81, R83, R85, R89, G19
- For the clothing: BV0000, BV34
- For the shoes: W00, W1
- For the hair: E57, E59, E79
I cut this tag out from the Birthday Bash Cricut cartridge at 5.5inches. This patterned paper is from Echo Park’s Dots & Stripes Collection.
The cute sentiment is from the SP and Company Bold Sentiments III: Birthdays stamp set.
To finish off the tag, I added a bunch of purple and pink twines.
The thin goodie bag was made from Kraft cardstock. I scored all the lines, made some cuts, and then used Ultra Thin Glue Dots (r) to attach the box. I punched some holes in the top and tied it up with some twine. The scoring guide is below.
Here are some more photos of my project:
Here’s the scoring guidelines for this box:
|Dotted lines are score marks. Solid lines are cuts. The light grey parts are discarded sections.|
