I am so sorry! I totally dropped the ball this weekend with the flower projects. I realized after I had posted my Frugal Friday video that one of my projects wasn’t going to be able to be posted until today because it was made for the MarkerPop Coloring Challenge! I will get another flower project posted this week. Today, however, you will get to see my first flower project.

Today I am playing along with the new MarkerPop Coloring challenge, and this one has to be one o of my faves because it is the BRIGHT COLORS challenge. This week, we also have a great sponsor, Some Odd Girl Stamps!
Here’s my card. I used the Romantic Gwen stamp set & colored her in with Copics. I tried to get her outfit to match the patterned paper I was using. There actually is shading on her blue and green clothing, but the camera didn’t pick it up very well :/
I used the following Copic Colors:
- E000, E00, E21, E02 –for the skin and cheeks
- YG23, YG25 –for the dress & stem
- B02, B04 –for the shirt and eyes
- R27 –for the rose
- YR12 –for the shoes and hairbow
- E17, E18, E47 –for the hair
The patterned paper is from the July SP Monthly Kit.
The tiny letters are from Basic Grey’s Serendipity/Shine On alphas pack.
