Hi everyone! Today is the last sneaky peek day! Can you believe it?! We’ve got just one more night until our big stamp release. I know your are excited 😉
Today I have another Emma card to share with you using the new In Love Emma stamp set. This set will be available starting tomorrow!!
For this one, I decided to show off Emma and one of her darling accessories with NO coloring.
I stamped the Emma girl onto a circle of red cardstock. I then stamped the little scalloped & polka dotted heart image onto white paper and then trimmed it out. Having the white accessory against the red background makes the cute little heart pop off the page.
I created a ribbon ruffle edge to give this card some extra texture.
This sentiment is one of my favorite sentiments EVER! I always say “Love ya!” to my hubby & I think is just a wonderful sentiment to have on a card. It isn’t quite as formal or scary as the three words “I Love You”. But you could say “Love ya!” on a card for all your loved ones.
Here’s a closer look at all that ruffly goodness around the image:
If you look really close, you can see the circle shape behind the ribbon. That is how I made my no sew ruffle. I have a video tutorial for how I do the no sew ruffle right here!
This patterned paper I used is from the My Mind’s Eye collection called The Sweetest Thing.
I also used a Martha Stewart punch on this card.
Here’s one last look at the finished card:
Have a great day & I will see you back at midnight EST for our big stamp release!!
