Hi everyone! Welcome to another fun Color Combo Challenge!
This one is a fun one so I decided to make a fun card to go with it. I thought this card would work great for a teen or tween.
Here is the color combo:
Also, don’t forget to play along with our SP Trends Challenge, going on now. Click here!
Our SP Color Combo rules are simple:
*SP & Company Stamps are required on your project. Don’t own any of our fabulous stamps yet? Well, then head to the store and check us out! Our stamps start at $1.99! We also offer a couple of freebie digital stamps as well so everyone can play along.
*Projects must be NEWLY CREATED just for our challenge (no backlinking & please link to us so we know you are really playing along).
Here’s how I made my card:
To make the “Hey” and banners, I used the Tiny Build a Banner stamp set.
TO make the “Dude”, I used the Timeless Typewriter Alphabet stamp set.
The red and black patterned papers are from the Darling Dear paper pad from Studio Calico. The aqua paper is from the Snap Color Vibe paper pad from Simple Stories.
I used the following Stampin’ UP Cardstocks: Basic Black, Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler, and Real Red.
For inks I used Pool Party from Stampin’ UP, Real Red from Stampin’ UP, and Memento Desert Sand.
And now it is your turn to give this color combo a try! Add a direct link to your color combo project below!
One winner will be chosen at random to receive a brand new Timeless Typewriter Stamp Set!! Entries are due by Tuesday, January 29that Noon EST. Have fun and good luck!
