Hi everyone! I am so excited about this week’s 3D Thursday!! I have had this idea in my head for a while, and it actually turned out cuter than I thought it would. There is also the most adorable SNEAK PEEK on this project. I combined a sneak peek with an oldie but goodie stamp set to make a fun sentiment!!
I actually purchased these Cadbury Eggs a couple of weeks ago when I purchased the Rolos to make the Valentine Pencil. Well, these little eggs have been sitting on my scrap table that long and my poor hubby has been waiting so patiently for me to finally make this video so he could gobble them up! These are one of his all time favorite candies so needless to say, they are already disappearing. (Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy them too! lol).
Although I am still getting over the flu, I decided to go ahead and make a video to go along with this project. I actually am pretty much over the flu, but we all came down with a secondary bacterial infection (even hubby caught the bacterial infection). I sound kind of funny, but here it is 😉
All of the patterned papers I used came from the Scoot collection from Echo Park that was part of the January SP Monthly Kit. I am really in love with the non-airplain/train patterned papers in this collection because they are fun and bright -just perfect for any happy project -and they worked GREAT for my Easter project. The airplane & train papers are great too, and I have some photos I plan on scrapping with those, but they just don’t work for all occasions.
The yellow cardstock I used is from Papertrey Ink and I think it is called Summer Sunrise, but I am not 100% on that.
The label shape, OMGosh, I am in love with that label shape!! The Certified Awesome stamp set is just so darn cute too. The sentiments included in this set are just really fun. I have a feeling you all are really going to enjoy this set too. I will reveal the whole set on Feb 10th during our release party.
The “Keep Calm & Stay” is from the Certified Awesome stamp set and the “Eggcellent” is from the Easter Eggy stamp set. You can get sooo much mileage out of stamp sets by combining sentiments and elements to come up with even more possibilities.
I will have the scoring guide available as a download in the next few days so be watching for that in the freebies section of the SP Store. All this ickiness is just draining my energy so I am working a bit slower than usual these days. The SP cut file IS available now, click here!

Well that’s all for now, folks! I am going to get a Frugal Friday together for you tomorrow, but it will probably be up later in the day. I am going to try to take Friday morning off so look for it in the afternoon. I will see you back here soon! Have a wonderful day!!
Certified Awesome coming soon!
