To go along with today’s SP Color Combo Challenge, I made a simple card using the February SP Monthly Kit along with the new Trendy Type Alphabet stamp set. This is SP Color Combo #136.
Here is the color combo:
Our SP Color Combo rules are simple:
*SP & Company Stamps are required on your project. Don’t own any of our fabulous stamps yet? Well, then head to the store and check us out! Our stamps start at $1.99! We also offer a couple of freebie digital stamps as well so everyone can play along.
*Projects must be NEWLY CREATED just for our challenge (no backlinking & please link to us so we know you are really playing along).
To get started, I added some patterned papers to make some banner strips on the card.
The card base is a light yellow and I stamped the word Thanks in yellow ink to create a tone on tone effect. The cute letters are from the Trendy Type alphabet stamp set. These letters are such a nice size for a card.
To finish the sentiment, I used some of the small sticker alphas that are part of the Sweet Girl collection kit that was included in the February SP kit.
This card was super easy to make and put together because the kit supplies are just so nice! The papers and elements in the kits are coordinated so there is no more guesswork when trying to match up your supplies.
The kits for February are pretty much sold out, but you can definitely join us for March 🙂
Now, it is your turn!! One winner will be chosen at random to receive an assortment of lovely 6×6 patterned papers! Entries are due Tuesday, March 5th at NOON EST.
