And I (Chrissie) have a bonus tutorial to show you how I achieve this subtle look of the chevrons in the background:
First, I inked up a sheet of cardstock using Distress Inks.  I just tapped and rubbed the pad directly onto the cardstock.
Make sure you have heavy coverage.
Then, I pulled out my VersaMark watermark ink pad, a spritzer bottle full of water and Chevron Chase.
I Inked up Chevron Chase with the VersaMark and then spritzed it with water.  Then, I placed it on the inked up cardstock.


And when I took off the stamp – voila! It removed some of the ink and subtly left the chevron pattern.

To finish up the card, I stamped a sentiment from Happy Banners and added a fabric flower I had in my stash.  I also cut some extra banners and added some bling.
