Release Week begins today!

Hi everyone!

Another week, another theme! This week is super awesome because it is Release Week, that means the DT and I are showing off some brand new goodies!  What it means for the theme is ANYTHING GOES. All you have to do is include an SP product and you can go to town crafting up any type of project that you want. The sky is the limit! I can’t wait to see what you guys create this week.

Speaking of what you guys create, let’s spotlight one of our crafters who played along during Fall & Halloween Week!

Jennifer over at Haystack’s Cards created this project for her sweet little girl. I call this an epic use of SP Flair. Check out that A+ inside the apple. Awesome project, Jennifer!

Keep those creations coming everyone! We love seeing your SP and Co projects.

Due to a family emergency, there will be no Sunday Scoop today. I am hoping to be back at it next week.

Our theme this week is
Anything Goes!

  1. My favorite thing about the holidays is the cookie exchange that I go to!! I get about 30 different types of cookies.
The bird stamp is really, really cute and puffy! sharon dot gullikson at gmail dot com

  2. very cute cards. The stamps are so cute. My favorite thing about the holidays would have to be all about my kiddos. Trying to keep past traditions alive with them as well as making our own. I love seeing the joy in their faces. Anything from baking or making things to visiting with family.

  3. Love all the cards shown, especially the winter themed ones. This will be my first year for holiday card making. Made decorated gift card holders last year which everyone loved — and couldn’t believe that I had made! Looking forward to cool days and the upcoming holidays. 🙂

  4. I can’t pick a favorite thing about the holidays. I was so miserable during my last pregnancy that I was listening to Christmas music from JULY until Christmas and walking the aisles of Hobby Lobby to get the feel of the holidays. It gets very hot here and the reminders of cooler times helped get me through. We also ‘tested’ a new Christmas tree early October (our tree used to go up October first but my husband talked me into waiting until after our firstborn’s birthday on the 10th…and he won’t let me decorate it until after Thanksgiving) and I never took it down, even though it was prior to our agreed date. The whole season makes me happy. The chance to make traditions with my family, the hustle and bustle, the cooler weather, the family activities, the fact that my husband has more time off from one of his jobs so we can see him more, the looking high and low for bargains so I can give the best gifts to my friends and family that I can afford for each person, the desire to give to others, the baking, the decorations, the holiday lights, driving to the mountain for snow (we live in the desert)…I can go on and on. It really is my favorite time of year and I can’t wait for it to get here. 🙂

  5. My favorite thing about holidays is that it leads up to my anniversary! I love turkey so Thanksgiving with my in-laws and Christmas with my grandparents is awesome! Then my wedding anniversary is on January 1!

  6. Love the holidays for so many reasons, but getting together with friends and family is pretty high on the list! Also, love, love, love Christmas music.

  7. I enjoy having time off from work and spending the holidays with family and friends. Can’t wait to bring out our Elf on the Shelf, Holly… a family tradition we started with the kids last year.

  8. Living in subtropical Queensland in Australia autumn comes and the only thing you notice is the days start to get a bit shorter and cooler. But it does come with a promise of cold evening where we will put on the fire.
