Learning Copics with MarkerPOP! 8 – Texture

Hey everyone! Happy Friday!

Today I have a Learning Copics with MarkerPOP! Video to share with you since it is my day over on the MarkerPOP Blog. Today we’re talking about adding texture with colorless blender.

Copic Texture Technique

I’ve found that you can add a lot of texture to your images and make your image look very different with various colorless blender techniques. This technique I am sharing today gives the image a very watercolored/painted technique, which I thought turned out really neat.

This is especially fun because I don’t have any watercolors. I Still could get that soft, painted look just with my Copics. I love when supplies can be multiple applications like that!!

Check out my technique tutorial in the video below:

Supplies Used:

Copic Sketch: RV10, RV11, RV13
X-Press IT Blending Card Paper Bright White 8.5” x 11” 25 Sheets
Paper Smooches Clear Stamp – Spectrum

What other fabrics do you think would make an awesome texture?

I hope that you give this technique a try! Have a great day & thanks for stopping by!
