Learning Copics with MarkerPOP 12: Fabric Pleats Coloring

Hey everyone!

I’m switching things around this week because I have a Copic tutorial over on the MarkerPOP blog today. Our normal Monday Scoop will be a WEDNESDAY Scoop this week only 🙂

For my tutorial today, I share my easy method for coloring ribbon pleats/folds. There are definitely many ways you can approach coloring fabric, but this is the easiest way that I have found & I really like the results. I hope you like it!

Supplies Used:
The Greeting Farm Rubber Stamp – Dollie with Cupcake
Copic Sketch: V22, V25, V28
X-Press IT Blending Card Paper Bright White 8.5” x 11” 25 Sheets
Memento Full Size Dye Ink Pad – Tuxedo Black

And that’s it for today. What coloring tutorial would you like to see next? Let me know in the comments section below & I might pick your suggestion for my next Copic video.

Have a lovely day!

  1. Thank you so much for this awesome tutorial! I am just learning how to use alcohol markers and am really in need of tips and hints like this. Seeing the whole process from start to finish is extremely helpful! Maybe I’ll actually get brave enough to give it a try myself!
