Today I am playing along with Stuck sketches. I created this layout from some of my January photos. I have so many great mermaid themed items & I’m glad Liv gave me the opportunity to use some by being adorable in the bath tub lol. I’ve got a complete supply list at the end of the blog post.
I used a combo of mermaid themed collections for this. I pulled some items from the Let’s be Mermaid line from Echo Park: the pink paper, the the glitter enamel dots, and the oceans of fun banner sticker.
Then I used some items from the Doodlebug line called Under the Sea which is also mermaid themed: blue paper, jellyfish sticker, mermaid sticker, and clam stickers.
The journaling tag is a past kit item from Cocoa Daisy. I added some blue twine to it. I got that twine in the new Feb Cocoa Daisy kit.
I popped the purple clam shell up on some foam tape to give a bit of dimension to my layout. I also added some of my favorite Freckled Fawn trim.
To follow the sketch, I freehand cut out a star from some Felicity Jane paper from a past kit. The grey background paper that I used is something I received in the Cocoa Daisy Feb kit. I’ll have that unboxing video up soon. It’s from 1 Canoe 2 brand.
I spelled out the first part of my title using some Felicity Jane chipboard alphas. The second half was stamped using the Olivia alphabet stamp set which is a newer release from Elle’s Studio. I stamped it onto the pink patterned paper using Simon Says Stamp ink “Cobblestone”.
That was it for this layout. I have an Elle’s Studio unboxing video up on my channel today. Hope you enjoy!
