Can you believe I’ve had 3 blog posts this week? I am seriously on a roll. I actually plan on having 3 blog posts for you next week as well 🙂 Hope you enjoy the increase & it gives you some extra inspiration.
Over the weekend, I made two Christmas cards using Copics and various goodies. I’ll post the second one next Friday. Today I want to show you this cute little Holiday Anya 4 on my card.
Hi everyone! Merry Christmas Eve to you! What do you usually do on Christmas Eve?
We usually open our Christmas pajamas, put on some Christmas music or Christmas movies, and talk about our favorite (and also funniest) Christmas memories. We usually open one other present too. Last year we started something that I think is going to be our new tradition too. Last year I bought my hubby one of those big Lego sets (I too enjoy building with Legos, you are NEVER too old for Legos! LOL) and we spent a good portion of the evening putting the whole big set together. Well this year, I picked out a different Lego set. I am not sure if we will only build the new set or if we will go back and build the set from last year also. I think this could be an even more fun tradition once we have kids & they are old enough to enjoy building with Legos. 🙂
Anyway, so I realized I had never shared this Christmas card with you guys! I made this one a little while ago. It features a beautiful house SVG that I got from Miss Kate Cuttables. This house is part of the A White Christmas set. Actually all of the Christmas themed SVGs are on sale at Miss Kate’s right now so be sure to grab some & stock up for next year.
I added some Icicle Stickles to the snow for some super glitter. And I added some rhinestones to the card base for even more bling.
To finish off the card, I used some Red Chevron ribbon and some patterned paper from Echo Park.
And that was it! It was a pretty simple card to put together after all the cutting had been done. That’s all for today, folks! I will be back tomorrow with my full scraproom reveal! I hope that you enjoyed it. Have a happy Christmas eve 🙂
