Note of Appreciation Apple Card

Hey everyone!! I hope your week is off to a great start. Mine has been pretty good and I think I am FINALLY starting to feel normal again after this nasty cold bug. Hope you are staying healthy this season.

I actually have more kit projects to share with you than I thought, so I am going to show you kit projects most of the week and then underneath the projects, I will talk a little about a new creative kit! Ok, let’s get started!!

This little apple card was made using the October SP Subscription Club Kit.

Well, I just love everything about this adorable card! The patterned papers in the Times and Seasons collection are so beautiful and I am so glad to have them in the kit with the adorable Just a note stamps!!

Here is a video of how I made this apple card:

Card Details:

  • The green polka dot paper is from the Echo Park Dots and Stripes Metropolitan collection, called Leaf Small Dots.
  • The other green patterned paper and the blue patterned paper are both part of the Echo Park Times & Seasons Collection Kit, which was part of this months SP Subscription Club Kit.
  • The sentiment is from the new SP and Company Just a Note Stamp Set , which was also a part of this months kit.
  • The card and all the layers were cut out at 5.5inches using the Cricut Wrap It Up cartridge. I had the real dial size button OFF so that the layers would cut out in proportion to the card layer.
  • Other supplies used include: Stampin’ Dimensionals, Xacto blade, Kiwi Kiss cardstock, Chocolate Chip cardstock, and Early Espresso ink.

For the bonus project, I am showing off the first of many SP Creative Kits to come! I love teaching and helping others to get their creativity flowing and so I wanted to offer some Christmas kits for this season. This one features the adorable SP and Company Christmas Medley Stamp Set. The kit for this card includes detailed instructions and most of the supplies to make 10 of these adorable cards (minus your adhesives, scissors, inks, and coloring tools). I have included two kit options, one WITH the Christmas Medley stamp set, and one WITHOUT the Christmas Medley stamp set -yes, I thought of those of you who already purchased the stamp set ūüôā

This card is one of my favorites lately. I am very pleased with how it turned out. ¬†I love the Wish Big sentiment, which is from the Stampin’ UP Word Play stamp set.

The scallop card shape was cut from the Cricut Wild Card cartridge. Then the circles were cut with the Accent Essentials cartridge.

The circle patterned paper is from the Stampin’ UP Level 1 In Color Patterns paper pack. This is the hostess set patterns pack.

All the papers are from Stampin’ UP except, the cream. This is Papertrey Ink Vintage Cream. I really liked the texture of the soft cream against the bright colors on my card.

Hey everyone!! My family and I have an exciting day of shopping planned. We are going to hit up all the scrappy/crafty stores and the quilt shop and pre-order our Eclipse tickets!! WAHOO!!!! I am sooooooooo excited to see the third movie. I watched the Jimmy Kimmel special with the Twilight cast and it got me psyched to see it!! I can’t wait!!

Anyway, this is actually a card I made A LONG time ago, but if I don’t post things close to the time I make them, then the photos get lost in my giant folders filled with photos. LOL So here is a card I made a while back. It is one of my best I think!!

I used the Cricut Wild Card cartridge for the scallop circle card. The circle was cut with the Cricut Accent Essentials cartridge and the sentiment and cupcake were both cut with the Cricut Sweet Treats cartridge.

The patterned paper was from the Sale-a-Bration paper pack. SO CUTE!!

All the cardstock is Stampin’ UP.
